Coast 2 Coast delivered fast, accurate, as-built documentation for 11 building types that identified possible construction issues for stakeholders, facility managers, and renovations teams. Our laser scanning service provided a fast solution to capture occupied spaces – minimizing tenant inconveniences. With scanning, the team precisely measured horizontal and vertical angles as well as distances using Laser Class 3R electronic measurement system. The comprehensive deliverable packages helped this Multi-family owner begin the design phase earlier.
The project included verification of 120 units, exterior scans for 13 buildings, basement laundry room, and common area scans. Coast 2 Coast will integrate Interior unit models into modeled exterior shell. Finished modeled buildings placed in the overall site plan provided by the client. In addition to the model, we deliver organized sheets that include: schedules with quantities of Items, Interior Elevation views, Reflected Ceiling Plans, Electrical Plans, and Floor Finishes.
