The proposed redevelopment project focused on creating a new Chattanooga Lookouts minor league baseball stadium that could host both the team and the community. The surrounding areas would become home to the YMCA, commercial offices, apartments, retail spaces, and hotels.

Utilizing an abandoned area in the city was considered a prime opportunity to improve the aesthetic of this important entry point into Chattanooga and improve the neighborhood with diverse housing options, grocers, jobs, shops, and community fun.

Using advanced 3D modeling and rendering methods, the Coast 2 Coast team captured the look and feel of the space by applying material and textures to Revit Models, setting up lighting effects, and camera paths.  To make the scene come to life, specialists also incorporated buildings and elements from the actual site. Including pedestrian and vehicle traffic gave the 60-second video a true feeling of day-to-day life for the re-imagined land use.
