In this case, Coast 2 Coast captured the approximately 75,000 square feet of this Medical Office Building in just 3 days. Using laser scanning technology, the 1949 building was modeled from point cloud data. With delivery just 2 weeks later, the design team was quickly able to complete design finish upgrades without delaying the rest of the project.
